Sunrise Villa is brand new! This incredible, luxurious, three story, oceanfront Villa on over an acre of beachfront overlooks the most crystal-clear, bluest turquoise water you have ever seen!

This sumptuous oceanfront villa comprises a total of 11,500 square feet with seven bedrooms, two of which are master suites with outdoor/indoor combination showers and opulent porcelain bathtubs. There are six and a half bathrooms, two kitchens, gym, media room featuring an 85” smart TV, a main level featuring an open plan gourmet kitchen with dining and living room that look out to an expansive outdoor living area spanning 3,500 square feet that surrounds a beautiful marble mosaic pool and overlooks the ocean.

This oceanfront patio features a fully tiled mosaic pool, travertine tile paved deck, outdoor shower, a barbecue grilling station and ample poolside seating and shaded areas and a separate oceanfront lower deck.

Each room is equipped with individual AC units and ceiling fans to keep you as comfortable as possible. There are laundry facilities on each floor to make your life easier. The entire villa has been carefully sound proofed to keep each room as quite as possible and all the ceilings inside and outside have custom shiplap paneling with matching crown and floor molding.

Sunrise Villa is impeccably designed and furnished with king size beds and pullout upholstered chairs that convert into a small twin bed in each bedroom. Each bedroom has luxurious bed and bath linens, wonderful pillows as well as high end bath products and hair dryers for your convenience. All the bathrooms are 100% costumed tile from floor to ceiling and offer open showers. The customized Bali Blinds provide privacy in all the bedrooms.

The main floor kitchen includes floor to ceiling tiling and all stainless-steel appliances including two dishwashers, a gas commercial grade range and hood, microwave, a low-profile refrigerator, and separate ice maker and wine and beverage refrigerator. High-end cookware, utensils, coffee makers, toaster oven, blender, waffle irons, extensive inventory of dishes, glasses and silverware, and a variety of pots and pans are included.

Sunrise Villa has an automatic gate and equipped with state-of-art home security that is monitored 24/7 by Dove Security. At your request, Dove Security can provide on-site private guards. WIFI is free and accessible throughout the villa, pool, deck, and beach. Cable TV, WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime are available on all TV’s.

Extra services are available to you through our on-island private manager at an additional cost. Services include private car service with drivers, private security guards, butler service, the best private chefs and a variety of tour options such as expert fishing charters, awesome snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skis delivered to our beach , baby sitting, small island exploring, as well as all kinds of water sports and activities.

Garden Level

The garden level hosts a media room with an 85″ smart television, a full kitchenette with a bar, a gym including a state-of-art mountain climber, free weights, pull up bar and rubber mat floor work out area . The Garden Floor has three bedrooms, all with king size beds and pull out twin beds. One is a master bedroom suite with private bath and the other two bedrooms share a full bath – perfect for kids and teens. There are laundry facilities on this floor for your convenience and all the walls and ceilings have been sound proofed. The high end finishing of porcelain wood tiling, shiplap panel ceiling with crown and floor molding and fully tiled bathrooms of the Ground Level matches the rest of the villa.

Main Level

The main level encompasses an open-air floor plan that invites you to enjoy a completely stocked chef’s kitchen, dining area, half bath, and living room with large television. A 35′ x 10′ huge wall of sliding glass doors lead out to 3500 square foot travertine pool deck, mosaic tiled pool and a fantastic ocean front view. On the same floor is a large oceanfront Master Suite with 20′ x 10′ sliding glass doors and a large bathroom with an outdoor/indoor combination shower and porcelain raised bathtub. There are, also, separate laundry facilities on this level. The high end finishing includes all shiplap custom paneled ceiling with matching floor and crown molding, floor to ceiling tiling in all the bathrooms and kitchen and each room has been sound proofed for privacy.

The top level has three magnificent ocean front master bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has an indoor/outdoor combination shower and porcelain raised bathtub. All three bedrooms have huge 20′ x 10′ glass doors that open up to a huge oceanfront covered balcony with fantastic views of pool and ocean. The balcony has LED Crystal Railing which allows an unobstructed and clear viewing. Like the rest of the villa, the floors and walls are sound proofed for privacy and there are individual AC units and ceiling fans and there are laundry facilities on this level too. The bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling and shiplap ceiling paneling and moldings are used throughout this level.

All the extensive outdoor patio, balconies and front steps utilize the latest Crystal Railing LED glass system giving unobstructed views everywhere. The outdoor areas have beautiful custom French ivory travertine pavers with large covered areas for plenty of shade.
