"Gorgeous, new, spotless and spacious house just steps from Long Beach bay beach and with a lovely pool. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Everything you could want in the kitchen, coffee machine, pots/pans, dishes, blender. Breath-taking views of the bay and spectacular sunsets from all rooms on first and second floors. The house is very private and quiet and Susan and Adam are wonderful hosts. We definitely recommend this house!"

"We needed a place big enough to accommodate 4 families with 6 children and this property was perfect. Really enjoyed the location and open spaces all through the house - always a view of the ocean and never felt crowded anywhere among all 14 of us. Everything about this property is first rate. It's very clean, comfortable, right on the beach and not far from restaurants and marinas. The house is super organized and had all the kitchen tools, dishes, towels etc. you could possibly need. They also provide 2 ocean kayaks, 2 paddleboards and even swim jackets which is great. It's the most well-equipped home we had ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed in this choice. Susan was great to work with, very responsive and helpful with tips on restaurants, sailing and snorkeling adventures, really anything we asked she had great suggestions. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury vacation on perhaps the best island in the Caribbean, bottom line we didn't want to leave!"

"Our family spent a glorious week at beautiful oceanfront Sunrise Villa this summer. We had a group ranging in age from 8 months to 64 years! Everyone of us had a fabulous time. The house is gorgeous, yet comfortable. The 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathroom house fit our 14 people group perfectly. There are 2 complete kitchens, 2 outdoor showers, the pool is incredible, etc. Beautiful location, close to great restaurants, sunset cruises, water sports, etc. We’d love to return anytime!"

"No other way to start this review than to say "WOW!" What an INCREDIBLE vacation we had in Turks and Caicos. My family and I had the amazing opportunity to stay for a week at Sunrise Villa in July this year and every day since we left I wish we had a plan to go back! After a short drive from the airport you pull into a gated driveway up to the gorgeous house. When we entered into the main living area, we were greeted by the stunning beach and water views! The house is equipped with everything you need - massive kitchen with two dishwashers and all of your kitchen and dining needs. You have the option of indoor and outdoor dining tables and a grill - they even had a highchair for my 8 month old. The rooms are absolutely stunning - very comfortable beds and linens, air conditioners in every bedroom, five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (two of which have outdoor showers). A gym and hang out room round out the lower level. They spared no expense on this house - the finishes are beautiful. We spent tons of time enjoying the pool and private beach, big family dinners (we even got a private chef one night - highly recommend!) and lots of activities. We really wanted to enjoy the island, and the concierge service at Sunrise Villa was amazing. They arranged a catamaran snorkeling trip to Iguana Island, private chef, sunset sailing cruise, tiki bar boat tour, jet skis right off the private beach, and some fabulous dinners. There are tons of other activity options as well. We knew exactly what to expect during our travels regarding customs, airport, insurance, COVID test, etc. I could not recommend Sunrise Villa in Turks and Caicos more, and I WILL be back!"

"I had the pleasure of spending a week at Sunrise Villa in September 2021. It is so gorgeous… I cannot say that enough. It was spacious and luxurious. The ocean views from almost every single room were breathtaking. The private beach was so relaxing. We especially loved having the options of cooking our own meals, or dining out at one of the yummy island restaurants. The property manager was especially outstanding, arranging for anything we needed during our stay. She arranged all of our reservations, including our sunset sail, a private boat day, and our island exit covid tests. We would definitely recommend a Sunrise Villa getaway. "

"I spent a week at this beautiful property in late October and would return in a heartbeat! The location is excellent - an easy drive from the airport and a quick drive to Grace Bay and the resort area with shops and great restaurants. Honestly thought you don't have to leave the property at all though once you arrive. The kitchen in the great room has everything you need to whip up a light breakfast to a 5 course dinner. You can either dine at the dining table inside with a view like no other or move to the patio and and enjoy your meal alfresco. There are 7 bedrooms to choose from, each are well appointed, comfortable beds and their own individually controlled AC units for evenings. Bathrooms are spa-like and some have an outdoor shower. The beautiful beach and pool are so uniquely beautiful. Our group spent the days moving from ocean to pool to patio and repeat! Don't hesitate to book this exquisite property."

"Beautiful, brand new oceanfront house. I spent a few days there in Oct and it was spectacular. The house has wide open windows with stunning views, outdoor showers and gorgeous balcony’s to name a few amenities. I was there with my girlfriends and we had the best time - each one of us had complete privacy of our own bedroom and bathroom yet we still felt like we could hang out in the beautifully done common spaces that include a lovely kitchen, bright living room,well positioned patio and the outrageous pool. This property is easy to get to- It was a 20 minute ride from the airport. Also centrally located to awesome restaurants and shopping! There are a few grocery stores nearby as well. I can’t wait to go back again with friends and family!"

"My family and I have been visiting Turks and Caicos for several years and we have rented several villas. We believe Sunrise Villa is the nicest so far without question. It helps that is brand new and the oceanfront location is really close to the beach. We used all the bedrooms and had plenty of room. Main kitchen is great and has 2 dishwashers which is nice for our big crowd. All the bathrooms are top notch with total tile covering and water pressure was excellent and no hot water issues. The oceanfront deck is huge with multiple levels, more than enough lounges and chairs and a nice size full mosaic pool. The night time ambiance with all the different lighting features is also great. We will definitely stay here again. The only issue and not really an issue for us, is that you need to rent a car to get around the island and go to different restaurants and shopping options. "
